Simona Mehnert (Prague)   
Simona Mehnert was born in Czechoslovakia. She studied art history, with particular emphasis on contemporary eastern European art. Mehnert works as an art historian at the Tschechisches Zentrum (Czech Centre) in Berlin, where she has been curating the exhibitions over the past seven years.
Freelance curating activities have recently included the Petr Kvicala exhibition at the Automobileforum Unter den Linden and a show at the National Gallery in Prague.
Johann Nowak (Berlin)   
Johann Nowak was born in Munich in 1961. He studied there at the Akademie der Künste in 1983 and 1984. During 1985 and 1986 he visited the Bel Arte academy for stage design in Florence. In 1994 he opened the aktions galerie and founded the non-profit aktions galerie e.V.
In addition to numerous single and group shows, he curated from 1997 the annual UNDABDIEPOST festival for contemporary experimental art, held in Berlin-Mitte's Postfuhramt building.
Eva Scharrer (New York)   
Eva Scharrer is an art historian and freelance curator from Nuremberg.
Since 1999, she lives occasionally in New York, where she worked at the Museum of Modern Art and P.S.1, and was curatorial assistant to P.S.1 Senior Curator Carolyn Christov-Bakargiev. The participation in various exhibitions, such as Greater New York (2000) at P.S.1, has helped her to develop a thorough knowledge of the contemporary scene there. She recently curated the exhibition Submerge. New Art from New York (April 2002) at Kunstbunker. Forum für Zeitgenössische Kunst, Nuremberg.
